BFUG Partners
The BFUG may grant association with the EHEA, through the status of EHEA partners, to organisations that wish to be associated with the Bologna Process but do not fulfil the criteria for consultative membership. The Bologna Follow-up Group established the category of “EHEA partner” at its meeting in Mondorf on 1-2 March 2005. The association status is designated by the Bologna Follow-Up Group upon assessing the compliance with the criteria pertaining to: added value to the Bologna Process, relevance of the stakeholder group, representativeness and organisational form. EHEA Partners are invited to Ministerial Conferences and can participate in BFUG meetings or BFUG working structures as observers, upon approved prior request in writing to the Co-chairs. During the BFUG meetings, they may speak on the agenda issues for which they requested participation.
