The Bologna Process Secretariat maintains this website to enhance public access to information about the European Higher Education Area and the Bologna Process activities.

Privacy and personal data

Personal data is collected, stored and processed by the owner of the domain (the Romanian Executive Agency for Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation Funding) according to the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679), fairly and transparently, and pursuant to the Romanian Law nr. 190 from 2018 on implementing GDPR.

Personal data is kept in a form that allows identification only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the data are processed. Processing is carried out in a way that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or illegal processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, by taking appropriate technical or organizational measures.
